"temperance" is my personal sourdough starter whom I received from a family friend in 2024 - when I began my ~sourdough era~. she is full of tang, ever active, and has continued to survive despite it all (I can be a bad sourdough mom). 
 
now she is yours - to rename, to feed, and to use!
